Every seller on TownZa goes through a verification process
Vendors are required to provide valid business details including GST/PAN information before they can list products or accept orders.
Every vendor has a public rating based on genuine customer reviews. Only verified buyers who completed an order can leave a review.
We actively monitor vendor activity for policy violations. Vendors with repeated complaints or fraudulent behaviour are suspended immediately.
If your order is not delivered or is significantly different from what was listed, contact us immediately and we will investigate and assist.
If you notice suspicious activity, a vulnerability, or anything that doesn't feel right — please report it to us immediately. We take every report seriously and respond promptly.
