This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder as applicable. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of the TownZa platform.

TownZa Customer Terms of Use

Please read these Terms carefully before using the TownZa app or website.

The domain name mytownza.com is operated by TownZa Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "TownZa", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering on TownZa, placing an order, or using any of our services, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Use.

1 Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use TownZa. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
  • TownZa reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel an existing account at its sole discretion.
  • One person may not maintain more than one active customer account.

2 Account & Password

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@mytownza.com.
  • TownZa will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3 Placing Orders

  • Orders placed on TownZa constitute a binding contract between you and the respective vendor.
  • TownZa acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not the seller of record unless explicitly stated.
  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • TownZa reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address details. TownZa is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

4 Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
  • TownZa does not store your card or bank account details.
  • In case of a failed payment where your account is debited, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders and locations at the vendor's discretion.

5 Cancellations & Returns

  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by the vendor.
  • Return eligibility depends on the vendor's return policy displayed on the product page.
  • Refunds for returned or cancelled orders are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
TownZa is not responsible for a vendor's individual return or cancellation policy. Always review the vendor's policy before placing an order.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use TownZa for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading reviews or ratings.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt TownZa's systems or services.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without written permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on TownZa are the property of TownZa Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.


8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TownZa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. TownZa's aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.


9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at TownZa's registered office city.
