How do I track my order?
Go to My Orders in your account and click on the order to see real-time status and tracking details.
How do I cancel or return an order?
Go to My Orders, select the order, and tap Cancel or Return. Cancellations are allowed before dispatch. Returns depend on the vendor's policy shown on the product page.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method after the return is approved. For failed payments, refunds take 5–7 business days.
I received a wrong or damaged item. What should I do?
Email us at support@mytownza.com with your order ID and photos of the item within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve it within 3 business days.
How do I delete my account?
Visit mytownza.com/delete-account to request account deletion. Your data will be removed within 30 days.
